DreamWorks seeks a Full Time Asset Management Technician for the Digital Operations department in Glendale, CA. If you are part of the fandom and believe teamwork makes the dream work, join us in #livingthedream and #doingyourdreamwork!  “What would you say you do here?” + Sets up, installs, and relocates computer workstations, desktops, laptops and other technology hardware. + Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools.  + Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups. + Conducts daily physical inventory of assets and updates to the Asset tracking Database. + Ensures assets are tracked and cataloged.  + Provides incremental daily ticket updates of ongoing work.   “What do I need to have in order to do this job?” + Proficient with electronics and computer knowledge is necessary; Windows, Mac, and Linux/Unix OS experience. + Basic/intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills required. + Possess good mechanical ability and knowledge of computer hardware (SSD, CPU, GPU, KVM). + Detail oriented with the desire to learn, grow technically. + Works well within a team environment as well as independently. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Flexible schedule and good writing/verbal skills required. + Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis. + Provide own transportation. + Excellent user support skills  “What can I offer?” + Upgrading computer hardware and software.
