Job Requirements

The Team Leader or Project Leader is responsible for supervision of individual contributors, project management, and smooth operations of the team/project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee workload and trainingsConduct daily touch points with each employee in your team and conduct regular team meetings to flow down company and immediate organizational communicationsManage Time & Material and Tasked based projects of low complexity for work packages from our customers. Project management will include on-time delivery, proposal preparations, risk assessments, timesheet approvals, and financial managementConduct Root Cause Analysis and encourage and monitor Productivity and Continuous Improvements as required for the customer work packageManage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction FeedbackWork with your Center’s Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team membersCreate a team environment where your employees are encouraged to grow professionally and challenge themselvesSupport Hiring by conducting interviews as required and providing Hiring Manager with candidate feedback

Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related technical field preferred but not required5-8 years of career experience0-3 years’ experience in managing a teamStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentationsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office

Pay rate: $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience
