What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, your role may include:
+ Answering inbound or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
+ Following scripts to deliver consistent, high-quality service
+ Resolving questions related to products, billing, or technical support
+ Recording all customer interactions using CRM tools
+ Handling complaints and de-escalating issues with empathy
+ Verifying and clarifying information with customers
+ Promoting additional products or services when appropriate
+ Contributing to a team-focused, goal-driven environment
What We're Looking For
We value real-world experience. If you've worked in customer-facing roles and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply. Ideal candidates have:
+ Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or BPO/call center environments
+ Job titles like agente, asistente, CSR, vendedora, or promotora
+ Worked for companies like Teleperformance, Synergies, UNO, CCD, VoiceTeam, SSG, or similar
+ Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
What You Bring
+ Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
+ Typing speed and multitasking ability
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Five9)
+ Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Flexibility to work inbound or outbound roles and follow scripts while staying natural
Nice to Have
+ Experience resolving technical issues, billing questions, or handling escalations
+ Ability to upsell or promote additional services
+ Supportive of team goals and open to training and feedback
