DP&S Market Intelligence Consultant
Job Purpose and Summary

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Consultant who will support the implementation of all projects and activities related to the Market & Sales intelligence organizational goals. From Market analysis, competitor Analysis, Segmentation, Account Plan, Customer Surveys etc identifying new business opportunities and actions to improve overall Account Management and supporting CRM Salesforce development and strategic projects implementation.

Main responsibilities:

collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques to meet the organization's business needs and requirements;work directly with project and business leaders to identify the analytical needs and requirements of the business;ensure CRM data quality by carrying on accounts maintenance and cleansing activities;support the optimization of the CRM and its adoption across the organization;collaborating with Marketing & Sales organization to improve overall commercial management activities, from leads, to opportunities to reporting;design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions based on business analysis outcomes to improve the organization's business effectiveness and efficiency;participate in primary marketing research and secondary marketing analysis associated with product launch and new product or service development;develop expertise with specific methodologies and business issues for: advertising effectiveness, reach and frequency of promotions, field force strategy and negotiation support

What we ask

At least 3 years of experience in CRM or Data-Driven Marketing rolesProficiency with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Good analytical skillsProject management skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishInterpersonal skills and aptitude for teamworkProactivity, collaborative approach and self-management
