How you will contribute

You will:

Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process - manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecastMeet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate and delivering finished goods inventory at target levelsDevelop strong linkage with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash and Commercial TeamsHighlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action – focus on root cause analysis and support for end-to-end processReduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and waste risk through initiating appropriate stock balancingAct as the main Point of Contact for other team members in terms of problems or escalations as well coordinate their daily work and assign tasksBe active part of product development projectsCreate and update internal tools for simplification and optimalization daily work

 What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Previous experience in and solid understanding of Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Replenishment, Co-packing, Order to Cash, Logistics) or Supply PlanningExperience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraintExperience within an IBP/S&OP environmentFluency in EnglishProblem solving skills and drive for results, analytical skills & ability to understand and interpret dataAbility to delegate tasks and distribute work among othersOut-of-the-box thinking and proactive attitudeExcellent communication style and ability to work under time pressureExperience in working with multinational teams would be an asset
