Your role and responsibilitiesIn Robotics, Customer Service Manufacturing Unit (CSMU) in Mošnov, we are looking for a new team member for the position of Customer Service Specialist. This is a part-time collaboration with a maximum of 18.75 hours per week and a duration of one year with the possibility of extension.Your main responsibilities will include order registration in the SAP system, change management, and invoicing of business cases. The candidate for this position should have a minor technical background, an economic education, or an orientation in finance or accounting.As a Customer Service Specialist, you will communicate with the planning and production departments as well as with our Swedish customer, so a customer-oriented approach and enjoyment of communication with people are essential. Qualifications for the role\tSecondary education in economics, finance, or business\tCommunicative knowledge of English (min. B2) – spoken and written\tExperience in administration or customer service\tUser knowledge of PC (MS Office)\tExcellent communication skills, team spirit\tExperience with the SAP system is an advantage
