That means you will work alongside an accomplished and highly collaborative team that inspires commitment to our goal in attaining excellence in everything they do. **Job Purpose Summary** The **Downstream Marketing Manager** supports Corza Medical’s Wound Closure Division by executing downstream marketing and sales strategies through the development of world-class commercial tools, coordination of internal trainings and events, and support of external trainings with hospitals - ensuring the field sales organization is equipped and aligned for success. This role bridges global marketing strategy with day-to-day sales execution, delivering tactical excellence and measurable impact in the field. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Downstream Marketing, this individual embodies our Customer First value by anticipating field needs, adapting to evolving priorities, and creating solutions that elevate the customer experience. **What you will do** **Sales Enablement & Field Execution** + Support the development and maintenance of sales enablement tools: playbooks, collaterals, customer-facing decks, objection handling, and competitive battlecards. + Serve as the go-to resource for commercial collateral distribution and updates. + Lead the delivery of high-impact downstream marketing support for new sales hires by providing tailored, sales-focused onboarding materials and clear, actionable messaging that delivers a clear, consistent message. + Drive the execution of asset launches via CRM, sales portals, and team communications – own how we launch through these tools. + Create Voice of Sales surveys, collect and analyze field feedback, to refine and optimize enablement materials. + Manage, maintain, and organize digital assets management systems (Air, Seismic). **Campaign Activation Support** + Execute tactical elements of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. + Manage logistics for downstream campaign rollouts, including localization or region-specific customization. + Track campaign performance metrics and flag areas for improvement. **Event, Training & Communication Support** + Support the execution of global commercial meetings, workshops, and ongoing training initiatives. + Assist with speaker program logistics, advisory board coordination, and peer-to-peer event materials. + Collaborate with Sales Training on content updates and rollout schedules. **Data & Insights** + Monitor usage of sales tools and campaign materials to identify gaps or best practices. + Partner with Sales on voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback through surveys or field visits. + Collaborate on CRM reporting to support adoption of enablement tools and support the digital communication to customers in Europe (GDPR restrictions). **Cross-functional Support** + Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Upstream teams to ensure commercial alignment. + Ensure product messaging and training materials are up to date and consistent across touchpoints. + Contribute to new product launch readiness activities under guidance from Downstream Marketing. + Claims Matrix management and maintenance with updates, revisions, and new additions. + Review and reference marketing collateral in regulatory discussions and review calls. **What you will need** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. + 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, and/or marketing in medical device or healthcare or equivalent education and experience. + Experience writing medical content preferred. + Strong project management and communication skills. + Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), PowerPoint, Power BI (preferred) and digital asset platforms. + Organized, execution-focused, proactive and energized by working cross-functionally. + Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 30-50% for events and field alignment. + Advanced presentation skills and Excel knowledge. + Knowledge of US Medical Technology industry. **What we value** + **Customer First** - We deliver extraordinary experiences. + **Accountability** - We do what we say. + **Integrity** - We do what is right. + **Inspired** - We love what we do. + **One Global Team** -We before me, always.
