Hologic is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead downstream marketing efforts for our Breast Surgery product portfolio. This critical role will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, working collaboratively across teams to drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and achieve revenue growth. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting surgeons, healthcare providers, and stakeholders while ensuring that Hologic’s innovative solutions remain at the forefront of breast surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Execution: Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies to drive growth and adoption of Hologic’s Breast Surgery products. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging for the product portfolio. Lead the creation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials that align with business objectives. Product Launches and Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and enhancements within the portfolio. Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, training, and resources that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate Hologic solutions in the marketplace. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare providers to gain insights and foster advocacy for Hologic’s products. Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies for product improvement and marketing efforts. Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand market share, increase customer adoption, and achieve sales growth targets for the Breast Surgery portfolio. Partner with the sales team to develop and execute territory-specific strategies that support revenue goals. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tools to optimize future efforts. Provide regular updates on key metrics, revenue performance, and market penetration to leadership. Team Collaboration: Work closely with upstream marketing, sales, clinical, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product messaging and strategy. Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proven success in downstream marketing, product management, or field marketing roles. Experience working with surgical or diagnostic products is highly desirable. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. Proficiency in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting tools. Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The annualized base salary range is $104,700.00 - $174,400.00 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
