Requirements:

Proven experience as a .NET Lead-Developer (More than 5+ yrs. of experience)
Hands on with .NET Core, React, SQL Server, L1/L2/L3 Support.
Certified SRE and / or ITIL.
Team leading and mentoring for a project working 24*7 model. 
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Experience in SQL Server
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Should have strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and the ability to lead/work well with a Support Team.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services with other systems
Provide guidance to other team members with system support and technologies
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Provide training and support to end-users on using new services.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
