We’re looking for a Doors Maintenance Supervisor to join our Doors team in Canberra, ACT. In this position you will lead an experienced and capable team within our Doors business where you will ensure operational objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction are attained.
You will implement strategies for providing cost-effective, consistent and reliable maintenance services. You will lead an experienced and capable team with accountability for driving profitable business outcomes. What will you be doing?
Lead a service team in delivering high levels of customer satisfactionAttend regular client meetings to review performance and provide timely and effective communication to customersProactive management of customer operational enquiriesProfit and loss accountability - drive improved value-added sales outcomes and manage operational costs to meet KPIsWorkload planning and service route optimisationSafety management and responsibility for staff in your areaEnhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policiesOn-going coaching and mentoring of your team membersWhat are we looking for?
Demonstrated success working within the maintenance industry, leading a technical service/maintenance teamStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsA team player, willing to proactively support the wider business lineThe ability to naturally build relationships and be genuinely motivated to go above and beyond expectations. A proactive communicatorStrong operational and safety leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your teamHard working with the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic work environment.
