The Opportunity 

We’re launching a dedicated Door-to-Door Residential Sales team in partnership with Kinetic by Windstream, bringing ultra-fast fiber Internet and communications services to neighborhoods across your region. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people where they live, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do 

Engage residential customers face-to-face through door-to-door canvassing and local events to promote Kinetic’s fiber internet products and services. Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel. Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Visit prospects to process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for referrals. Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals. Represent OSL and Kinetic with optimism, empathy, and integrity at every doorstep. 

Keys to Success 

Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on achieving (and smashing) targets. Outgoing relationship-builder who is energized by helping people. Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle. Flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain. Sales, customer-service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is an asset. 

Physical & Technical Requirements 

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and CRM software. 

Compensation Structure 

Base salary + uncapped commission paid per service unit activated. Additional incentives, contests, and referral bonuses available.
