Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.Customer Service experience required.Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.Reliable transportation to the office.

Knock doors with confidence and purpose in local neighborhoodsEngage homeowners with authentic energy and educate them on how our solutions improve comfort, safety, and efficiencySet appointments for our Design Consultants—no hard sellingRepresent Optum with heart, humility, and hustleCollaborate with a supportive team focused on growth, grit, and gratitudeGet promoted based on performance, not politics

💰 Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses
