Install door hardware (hinges, stoppers, handles) using blueprintsAdjust, repair doors and electric openers for proper functionInstall door frames, tracks, spring systems, and openersUse hand/power tools and ladders to position and secure equipmentRead and follow blueprints or diagrams for installation and repairCut, measure, move, and install materials as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Work Experience

Maintenance Mechanic Skills:

- Mechanical Knowledge: Hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix equipment issues.

- Tool Use: Skilled with hand and power tools.

- Technical Reading: Understand manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

- Physical Fitness: Lift heavy items, work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks.
