As a Donor Recruitment Manager, you’ll get to:   Drive the donor recruitment team to meet or exceed KPIs related to donor acquisition, retention, and blood collection goalsHire, train, and coach staff to deliver results in a high-performance environmentDevelop and implement recruitment plans, market strategies, and territory alignments aligned with national and local objectivesMonitor recruitment metrics, projections, and resource allocation to optimize team performanceBuild and maintain strong community and organizational partnerships to support blood drive scheduling and promotion #CSRADBachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in related fieldValid in-state driver’s licenseMinimum three years related experience, including two years supervisory experience
