Job Description

Join the fastest growing pizza company in Northeast Ohio! Mile High Pizza Company, operating as Domino's in Northeast Ohio is hiring for a Future district manager. Help your team of Domino's store managers achieve their results, build their own teams, and grow their careers.

 

District Manager Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate and hold managers accountable to company objectives and Domino's standardsHire, train and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers and proactively build bench strengthProvide hands-on leadership & mentoring, fostering a cohesive team environmentAbility to impact P&L performance, setting budgets, financial oversight of multiple locationsAttain the financial goals of the business by effectively managing people, product quality/safety, guest service processes and standards, facilities cleanliness and maintenance. Including a focus on the revenue and profit components related to costs control.Manages to budgets; follows-up daily on operating numbers and coaches store level management on proper costs control.Thinks strategically and helps managers to identify trends and implement action plans to improve store sales and profit.Takes an active role in promoting Domino's in the local community, including networks with community leaders to establish relationships; participates and represents the brand in community events; keeps informed of local competitor activities; works with local organizations to help promote brand awareness.Promotes a guest-first culture and holds store managers accountable for continuously improving the customer  experience, including: reviews customer experience reports (i.e. Voice of Customer. Tracker Feedback), coaches and empowers store management to deliver on all aspects of the guest experience including food safety and quality, speed of service, employee friendliness, problem resolution, cleanliness and order accuracy.Provides constructive and actionable feedback; follows-up with managers to ensure timely and professional resolution of guest complaints and guest issues; contacts guest as needed; provides coaching that that is achievable with time goals.Conducts high impact visits in the stores to observe all areas of operations and evaluate the guest experience, food safety and profitability.Develops relationships with store employees and promotes a work environment of mutual respect; seeks and acts upon employee feedback; addresses employee relations issues and ethics calls; conducts employee investigations and resolves issues.

By using our continuous improvement visit system, make the most of your on-site time. Lead through effective communication, whether on-site, through email, or in-person. Get results needed by starting with the why to create the buy-in needed so that your team can execute the plays you call. We are looking for leaders capable of leading a team to the desired results around people, operations, sales, and profits.

QualificationsBachelor's degree Preferred2+ years Prior experience in Domino's or Similar Concept3+ years Multi-Unit QSR experienceStrong oral and written communication skills including public speakingStrong organizational skillsAbility to plan and conduct effective meetingsExperience in working independently with a result orientationValid driver's licenseAbility to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Good background checkEligible to work in the USACurrently residing in Northeast OhioAbility to work and travel to any market 

 

Additional InformationEarn from $60,000 - $112,000 (Including Salary and Bonus)Responsible for anywhere between 5-8 stores (may vary)Period Bonuses Additional one-time bonuses availableCompany car or Vehicle ReimbursementPaid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision after 30 daysIRA with company match after one year
