Job DescriptionScope of Position: Maintains a heightened level of service to our customers through efficient timely execution of daily operations and data integrity while exhibiting Expeditors’ culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accurate and timely client billing, including dispute resolutionUnderstand customer expectation to ensure all the elements of the SOP and KPI’s are metEnsure compliance to company policies and external regulationsComplete cross training in order to support team coverage Professionally represent Expeditors to our customers, service providers, and government agenciesEXPECTATIONS:

1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experienceProficiency in Microsoft products including Word and ExcelStrong Excel skills, including report preparation, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and moreExcellent verbal and communication skillsDetail oriented, well-organized self-starter with strong time management skillsAbility to multi-task and work independently or with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelinessOpen to change and willing to learn new skillsSound understanding of accounting-related principles and relevant softwareFully proficient with various software applications (mainframe systems) 10-key by touch Functions efficiently in a high stress environment Willing to work overtime An intimate understanding of Export Compliance Certifications including Certified Export Clearance Specialist, Dangerous Goods – Ground and Air, IATA/FIATA, Export Compliance Specialist, Customs Broker, Sales Certification, Transition and Implementation Additional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits
