About this opportunity:
As a NEO Domain Sales Support Manager (NEO DSSM), you will play a strategic role in supporting the Customer Unit (CU) Sales teams within the ANZA region. You’ll work closely with CU Sales and Service Line Build (SL Build) teams to analyze and define the Scope of Work (SoW) for new RFPs, with the goal of developing competitive, accurate, and timely costing proposals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings a mix of strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and industry insight. Your work will directly impact Ericsson’s ability to win new business, beat the competition, and deliver customer value.
What you will do:
-Act as a core member of the CU’s extended Core 3 team in the ANZA region.
-Engage with CU Sales and SL Build teams to define the Scope of Work from customer RFPs and develop optimal costing models.
-Deliver smart, value-driven commercial proposals that align with market realities and business targets.
-Identify and create value-add opportunities to help Ericsson differentiate from competitors.
-Track telecom industry trends and offerings to build market intelligence and apply it in sales support efforts.
-Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong internal relationships to accelerate the costing cycle.
-Drive value-based selling with a clear understanding of customer pain points and Ericsson’s competitive advantage.
The skills you bring:
-Strong understanding of telecom project management, resource planning, and service delivery structures.
-Proven ability to extract clear Scope of Work from RFPs and build commercial strategies around it.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under time pressure.
-Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
-Commercial mindset and an understanding of value-based selling.
-Familiarity with telecom domain-specific solutions or offerings.
-Experience in pricing strategy or pre-sales support roles in telecom or IT services.
-Exposure to customer-facing sales or proposal environments.
