**Job Description**
Job Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Responsibilities:
+ Lead high-impact, strategic initiatives in the Wealth Management domain to enhance market positioning and drive business growth.
+ Build and scale domain capabilities in areas with limited maturity, emphasizing execution excellence and measurable outcomes.
+ Capture, structure, and formalize domain knowledge across wealth sub-domains to create reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks.
+ Own end-to-end execution of domain-centric proposals, including solution design, delivery governance, and client engagement.
+ Extract and leverage hidden expertise from existing teams and projects to support cross-account solutioning and knowledge reuse.
+ Connect domain expertise with technology and point solutions to deliver scalable, integrated offerings.
+ Establish and lead a domain council to ensure alignment across product, delivery, and technology stakeholders.
+ Mentor and grow a high-performing team of domain and solution architects, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.
+ Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape domain-led pursuits and influence deal strategy.
+ Define and monitor KPIs for domain maturity, solution adoption, and program success.
+ Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and effective knowledge transfer.
+ Represent the domain in executive forums and client discussions, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
+ Drive recruitment and onboarding efforts to strengthen the Wealth Management domain bench with external talent.
+ Develop and maintain a centralized repository of domain knowledge, including case studies, solution blueprints, and training materials.
+ Champion a culture of continuous learning and domain excellence across the business unit.
Requirements:
+ Strong experience in Wealth Management domain, with a strong track record of leading strategic programs.
+ Proven expertise in domain architecture, solutioning, and delivery governance across large-scale initiatives.
+ Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and domain councils.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and clients.
+ Demonstrated ability to build reusable domain assets and drive knowledge management initiatives.
+ Experience working in a global delivery model with cross-regional collaboration.
