Description of Job
This temporary position will report to the Community Development Office within the Division of Local Government (DLG). The Child Care Planning and Schoolyard Grant Program Manager, with guidance from the unit manager, will be primarily responsible for developing the new Child Care Planning Grant program for local governments. This includes program development, stakeholder outreach, program promotion and launch, technical assistance, application review, payment approvals, monitoring, and project and program close-out. This position will also support development and implementation of the Community Schoolyards Grant Program.

Biweekly Pay: As of July 1, 2023, all DOLA new hires, including transfers of current state employees and reinstatements of former state employees, will be placed on the biweekly pay schedule. This means you will be paid every other Friday for a total of 26 pay periods over the course of a year.
