We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Systems Administrator, Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner DOCPER located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Single point of contact for USAREUR-AF G1 DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance 

Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for DOCPER, including support for transition-in 

Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the DOCPER services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of DOCPER requirements 

Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet DOCPER requirements 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge in installing operating system software, patches, and upgrades, including to cloud resources 

Provides support and technical expertise in systems technology, including virtual hardware and cloud capabilities  

Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues, including system outages, and monitors response times, evaluating user satisfaction levels and making recommendations for system improvements 

Interfaces with vendors/Government/technical staff on technical solutions, system implementation, optimization, and ongoing management 

Guides/performs build, configuration, test, and documentation tasks related to enterprise system resources  

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments 

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments 

Supervises a team of 2 to 4 personnel  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain it 

BA/BS +8-12 

Certification – 8140 - Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC 

Demonstrates mastery of systems administration and engineering solutions, preferably in DoD contractor personnel management environments, serving as single point of contact for DOCPER requirements.  

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, cloud resources, and virtual hardware, ensuring compliance with DOCPER requirements.  

Exhibits expertise in leading multifunctional teams and managing complex technical projects across multiple assignments.  

Showcases proficiency in troubleshooting system hardware, software, and networking issues, while optimizing performance and user satisfaction.  

Displays advanced capabilities in vendor and Government stakeholder management, process standardization, and quality assurance practices.  

Leverages extensive background contracting, international deployment processes, and enterprise system resource management to drive operational excellence and technical innovation, preferably in DoD contracting.  

Demonstrates expertise in installing operating system software, patches, and upgrades, as well as guiding and performing build, configuration, test, and documentation tasks for enterprise system resources.  

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.  

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,300 - 208,600 USD
