NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Documentum Developer/Administrator to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).REMOTE Job Description: Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled Documentum Developer/Administrator to support the upgrade of the LSQM platform from version 16.4 to 23.4. The role demands strong experience in Documentum administration, development, and support within a validated (CFR Part 11) environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical domain. ________________________________________ Role Scope & Responsibilities: Lead/support the LSQM upgrade from Documentum 16.4 to 23.4. Install, configure, and maintain the Documentum suite on UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms. (4 5 years) Perform application development and support using DFC, Client, DQL, and API. (4 5 years) Customize and configure Documentum D2-Client and D2-Config. (2 3 years) Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on architecture/design specifications. Utilize tools like Documentum Composer, DAR Installer, xPlore, BPM, and Administrator for deployment and maintenance. (3 4 years) Deploy patches, upgrades, and hotfixes; manage releases across environments. Use version control tools (e.g., GitHub) for codebase management. (2+ years) Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and troubleshoot production issues. Ensure full CFR Part 11 compliance in development, deployment, and documentation. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience: 5 7 years of total experience in Documentum development and administration. At least 2 3 Documentum upgrade or migration projects, including LSQM upgrade exposure. 4 5 years working with: o Documentum Query Language (DQL), DFC, Client, and API o UNIX/Linux & Windows administration o Validated systems (CFR Part 11) 3 4 years experience with: o D2-Client and D2-Config configuration and customization. o xPlore, CTS, DAR Installer, and Documentum Composer. Experience in web technologies: o HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, SOAP (2 3 years). Familiarity with: o Web Services (REST/WSDL), Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, SQL Server (2+ years). Exposure to scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent). Understanding of cloud platforms and automation tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience. Familiarity with: o CTS, BOCS, Webtop, XCP, Centerstage (2 3 years). Experience in: o Deployment automation tools or frameworks. o Performance/load testing tools for Documentum solutions.
