Description Job Title: Regulatory Documentation Specialist (Contract) Position Overview: We are seeking a Regulatory Documentation Specialist with expertise in international maritime standards and regulations to support a temporary full-time assignment. This individual will play a pivotal role in the review, organization, and finalization of regulatory documentation for Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). The position requires a strong understanding of compliance with standards from organizations such as ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), IMO (International Maritime Organization), and MCA (Maritime and Coastguard Agency). Key Details: + Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time + Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (40 hours/week) + Duration: 30 days (with potential extension, subject to need, but not guaranteed) + Pay Range: $26–$28/hour Responsibilities: + Organize, review, and finalize critical regulatory documents. + Ensure all documentation complies with international maritime standards and regulations (ABS, IMO, MCA, etc.). + Support groundwork initiatives related to the Voyager/Surveyor new build efforts and the larger Spectre program. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + Strong familiarity with maritime regulations and compliance requirements. + Proven experience in regulatory documentation and technical writing. + Ability to effectively distill and organize complex technical information. + Maritime or autonomous vehicle industry experience is a plus but not required. •About the Role: This role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance in the innovative field of Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs).
