Responsibilities
Work alongside with Sales Department on the client’s electronic tendering system on posting of new project Manage and track business opportunities arise from the client’s electronic tendering system Work with tender bidding team on the client’s electronic tendering system on tendering works Assist Project Manager and the project team with daily project documentation; Submit Documents via Document Management System to the client and record it as per internal project procedure Manage and maintain tender and project documentation for local and oversea office Providing overall clerical and administrative support including office supplies, inventory control, etc. Logistic arrangement for goods receives and delivery including store arrangement with forwarder and customer Arranging internal meetings, external appointments, team events and travel itineraries Assist in project coordination such as Safety and Legislative Training Applications Providing any ad hoc administrative support as required
