In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Developing and assure Emerson documentation standards (layout and contents), study drawings, specifications, and product samples Preparing user documentation for a variety of materials, including how-to guides and instruction manuals Building Documentation Dossier according to user’s requirements (table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects, MRO, and Service orders Collecting, coordinating, and controlling qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / COF and other sources Responding efficiently to documentation requests and queries from internal customers and provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained When needed, acting as the customer concern point for all documentation execution-related matters in front of internal and external customers

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree Proficient in French language (verbal and written)  Proficient in English PC skills: MS Office

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

1-year experience in documentation administration, order handling, customer service or similar Knowledge and/or previous experience in using ERP/MRP systems
