Ensuring the SPOC (single point of contact) for Documentation until closure and post-delivery in case of need. Assures that the requested documentation is easily accessible and stored, examines related files to release drawings and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments. We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Developing and assure Emerson documentation standards (layout and contents), study drawings, specifications, and product samples + Preparing user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals + Building Documentation Dossier according to user’s requirements (table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects, MRO, and Service orders + Collecting, coordinating, and controlling qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / COF and other sources + Responding optimally to documentation requests and queries from internal customers and provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained + When needed, acting as the escalation point for all documentation execution-related matters in front of internal and external customers **Who You Are:** You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
