We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Documentation Administrator 3 to join our team. This senior-level role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance across complex financial transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in documentation analysis, a strong command of financial systems, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement. This role also serves as a mentor and subject matter expert within the Documentation team. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring on-site presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may evolve based on business needs. **Your Impact** Your Impact - Independently review and analyze highly complex financial contract packages and supporting legal documentation, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, pricing structures, and program terms. - Serve as a senior control point in the risk mitigation process, proactively identifying systemic issues and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence. - Interpret and apply financial policy and regulatory guidelines with expert-level judgment to assess transaction viability and risk exposure. - Ensure timely and accurate booking and funding through mastery of core systems (Nexus, Odessa, Unified Desktop, Salesforce), and act as a go-to resource for system troubleshooting and optimization. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, Legal, and senior leadership to resolve escalated issues and support strategic business initiatives. - Lead or contribute to cross-departmental projects aimed at improving documentation workflows, compliance standards, and operational efficiency. - Perform complex post-booking account modifications and corrections with a deep understanding of downstream financial and reporting impacts. - Mentor and train junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. - Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures and documentation policies. **About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring** - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial documentation, contract review, or operations within a regulated or risk-sensitive environment - Proven ability to independently manage and resolve complex documentation scenarios with minimal oversight - Deep understanding of financial products, contract structures, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply policy in ambiguous or novel situations - Advanced proficiency in core systems (Nexus, Odessa, Unified Desktop, Salesforce), with a track record of leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency - Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring or training peers, and a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams - Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing sustainable solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences - High degree of professional integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence - Flexibility to support extended hours during peak periods and a strong sense of ownership over team and business outcomes We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $31.15 - $46.65 hourly. **Company Overview** About our Company - Canon Financial Services, Inc.
