This position works out of our Wiesbaden office, Abbott Diagnostics GmbH, limited to 15 months.

Primary FunctionSupport and coordination of Logistics Quality and Compliance projectsSupport and coordination of distribution supplier agreements, controls & KPIs for the EDCManage distribution center procedures, SOP'sSubject Matter Expert for the change control processes and purchasing controlsEnsures training compliance for the organization

Major ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance and consistency of distribution contractsManages timely and accurately the process to establish or renew supplier agreements (technical/ price/ quality)Actively manages timely and accurate supplier control and KPI review activitiesReviews and updates EDC procedures and work instructionsEffectively drives timely and successful document and procedure changes through the change processPartner with all departments (supplier quality, logistics quality and distribution functions) to ensure consistency in process and communicationInterface between distribution and procurementEnsures operations are performed in accordance with applicable site and Division proceduresSubject matter expert for change control processes and purchasing controlsIndependent priority and resource management.

QualificationMaster or bachelor’s in science, engineering, business or related discipline, or adequate work experience in relevant industryWork experience in contract management and / or compliance requiredExcellent oral and written EnglishGood, communication, and organization skillsStrong Project Management skillsStrong team playerStructured and self-motivated work ethics
