**Job Summary**
The University of Michigan Shared Services Center (U-M SSC) is a customer service organization focused on providing user-friendly and cost-effective administrative services to the university community. The SSC offers financial and human resource transactional support.
Reporting to the Imaging Services Supervisor, you will route incoming Accounts Payable-related documentation from several different sources to the correct unit for processing and use high-speed scanning stations to archive or process paper documents. You will collaborate with fellow associates and other units within the SSC.

**Responsibilities***
+ Create and route individual tickets for email requests containing multiple invoice submissions
+ Identify and handle requests for special circumstance invoices
+ You will work in a high-volume ticketing queue, assigning tickets to the appropriate responsibility group based on the submitted documents for processing
+ You will prepare paper documents to go through a scanner, picking appropriate scanning profiles, scanning documents, manual data entry, quality assurance, and documentation.
+ Maintain records, prepare forms, verify information, and resolve routine problems. Compile and create logs for relevant tracking and metrics
+ Other responsibilities as assigned
**Required Qualifications***
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ years of experience providing customer service
+ Intermediate-level proficiency with data entry.
+ You will perform physical job tasks safely. This includes routinely moving up to 50 lbs.
