Document Management Process Assistant (Temp Role)

Location: Newport Office based- Monday to Friday 0800-1600
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Duration: 12-month basis with the potential to be extended and perm offered

My client is looking for a Document Management Process Assistant to support a client-specific project at their Newport office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key operational area, working as part of a friendly and committed team handling outbound physical mailings and document management processes.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring high-volume administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time using both bespoke systems and standard Microsoft Office tools.

Process daily administrative tasks using internal systems and physical mailing hardwareFollow defined procedures and business rules accuratelyMaintain and update records using databases and Excel workbooksFlag any issues promptly to team leads or relevant departmentsPrioritise and manage your daily workload effectivelySupport with other administrative duties as requiredEnsure documentation is accurate and audit-readyMeet productivity targets and tight deadlines

Requirements

Excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsProven administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced settingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including experience using macrosComfortable using bespoke internal and third-party systems
