Document Imaging Technician
Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America Under the direction of the Manager of Corporate Records, this person will handle the imaging of corporate documents in a precise and timely manner. Responsibilities: + Prepare documents by removing staples, paper clips, mend torn documents and insert barcodes when needed. + Feed documents on Kodak I 4600 digital high volume scanning equipment for imaging purposes. + Provide quality assurance by checking documents that have been scanned for clarity and uniformity. + Index fields by typing either alpha or numeric characters on PC when needed. + Handle the retrieval of documents from different sources of media (scanned images ) upon request. Requirements: + Reasonable and predictable attendance is essential. + Handle repetitive work paying attention to detail. + Ability to lift at up to 35lbs.
