Document Imaging Specialist
Job Title: Field Representative I – Document Imaging Position Profile

Ensures and maintains customer satisfaction according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform full-performance level work in converting hard copy letters, forms, and other paper documents into electronic imaging format. Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, rubber bands, etc. Review paper records against electronic documents to verify image quality and completeness. Verify and correct image/document errors as needed. Maintain productivity and quality levels in accordance with current standards. Review each scanned record for accuracy and clarity. Scan all new documentation and loose paperwork. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieve productivity standards as established. Maintain optimal machine performance, including basic maintenance (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner). Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner. Communicate issues effectively and promptly to the manager. Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing error-free jobs per specifications using various imaging technologies for Digital Mail and Imaging operations. May include shipping & receiving and handling USPS materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) High school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills. Experience with computer data entry. Basic typing and data entry skills. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong critical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus. High level of accuracy and information retention. Team-oriented with positive, productive relationships across departments. Adaptability and flexibility in changing situations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with EDMS, databases, and other software. Analytical skills to assess and resolve issues. Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality and output standards. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Availability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays. Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to manage moderate stress levels over extended periods. Must be able to stand for up to eight (8) hours per day. May be required to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs., carry them 10 feet, and lower them back to the floor.
