Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Imaging Department. This position will support the Accounting team in preparing documents for scanning and digital storage. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in basic accounting and computer skills, along with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare documents for imaging by sorting, indexing, removing staples, and ensuring proper orderPerform data entry with accuracy and efficiencyFile documents both numerically and alphabeticallyAssist with general office tasks and support Accounting team members as neededMaintain high standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and document qualityAdapt to evolving responsibilities as the position developsCollaborate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met


Work Experience

Qualifications:

Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and MS WordStrong math skills and ten-key by touchExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and dependableStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility and willingness to assist other team members as needed
