As Document Flow Specialist

you will be responsible for Maintenance of Finance Activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing and collecting hard copies of TE documents, reconciling them with documents in Concur

Checking and validating electronic and paper initial documents for correctness from accounting and tax side

VAT invoices and corrections issuing and registration

Replying to corporate requests on SOX and impairment of FA, IA and LVA

Issuing and signs special confirmation changes in fixed assets (FA), intangible assets (IA) and low value assets (LVA)

Preparing all accounting documents for archiving and destruction in line with corporate and local regulation

Advance payment processing

Printing out, signing and sending acts of reconciliation to vendors and customers

Preparing power of attorney when needed

Collecting, checking for completeness and archiving documents from warehouse

Creation Finance PO's in Ariba

Overseeing the signing process in 1C

Preparing all documents for banks from LOC side

Preparing other documents for Finance

Supporting MEDOC

Backup for Payroll and HCP’s Accounting tasks

Ability to work on multiple tasks but able to focuses on the few priorities that matter most to deliver superior results

Strong skills on process analysis and improvement

Strong communication and presentation skills

Sociability, systematic, attentiveness, punctuality.

The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Experience and Education

At least 1 year work experience in accounting (work in international company as plus)

Higher education in Economic (in accounting as plus)

Ukrainian legislation and accounting knowledge, IFRS as plus

Fluent Ukrainian, English as plus

Confident user of Word, Excel, SAP or other ERP system,1С, Ariba and Concur as plus
