We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team based in Karshi. You will report to the Operations Manager and provide an effective and efficient administrative function to the Operations team.

As a Document Controller you will:

Compile, review, maintain, and present operations documentation.Prepare, validate, and review all documentation regarding employee lists, shift schedules, shift rosters, overtime approvals, leave documentation and approvals, maintenance and other notifications, job requests, loading of purchase requisitions, etc.Communicate and issue all company communication, newsletters, corporate gifts, procedural updates, general company, and other relevant information to all operations employees.Coordinate the storage and safekeeping of all relevant operations records.You will have:Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in the related field.Supplemented by the following:Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability in Organization, Planning, Computer Skills, and use of Microsoft Office packages. Good PC literacy and use of basic software packages such as Microsoft Office is a must. Good SAP knowledge will be an advantage.The ability to develop, support, and manage a structured, controlled, and planned administrative function within the Operations department.Outstanding organizing and administrative skills.Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Motivated self-starter who can work unsupervised to a large extent but also as part of small, multi-discipline teams.Attention to detail and fast paced.Methodical and rigorous, able to work on their own without reminders.Languages – Uzbek and English proficiency, both oral & written.
