About the Job
As our new Document Controller, your primary role will be to manage documents connected to complex orders and projects to Energy and Marine customers. You will be the go-to person for order and project documentation and work closely with the project manager in these complex customers projects and orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and organize all project documents for accessibility and compliance Implement and oversee document control processes and procedures Ensure accuracy and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams to uphold documentation standards Manage version control and document distribution to stakeholders Support staff with training on document control practices Track documentation deliverables to meet project timelines Maintain document project plans and assist with audit preparations

This position is preferably based in our office in Espoo, Finland. However, depending on candidate, location at other Nordic sites in Oslo, Lund, Kolding or Flemmingsberg may also be possible.

What You Know
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

A technical bachelor's degree or relevant education in library or information science, or technical experience from previous work roles. At least 2 years of experience in Document control or project management Familiar with quality standards for document control. Experience of Energy or Marine similar industries is a plus

As part of a global organization, Proficiency in spoken and written Danish, Finnish or Swedish is required for this position, in addition to English.
