Job Description
The Document Control Analyst plays a crucial role in the reconciliation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and New Product Introduction (NPI) alongside Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Engineering personnel. This position supports the manufacturing processes for industry-leading semiconductor metrology capital equipment. The role involves the implementation of ECOs from Agile into Priority/Oracle, verification of new part numbers, and BOM structure verification, ensuring costs and roll-up are accurately reflected within the ERP system. Collaboration with Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams is essential, as is involvement in NPI for new products and modules and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) for existing products.
ResponsibilitiesReview ECOs for completeness and accuracy.Analyze and verify ECO data entry into ERP via SOP process; run reports and communicate regarding status.Perform document change analysis for potential financial audit verification.Enter ECO data into ERP (Priority/Oracle) and complete data entry SOP.Collaborate with the Planning team to test the impact of changes in ERP.Support Planning activities and act as a backup to this function as needed.Assess ECO changes with the Finance team and develop automated reports.Work with Manufacturing Engineering Team to execute ECR and ECO changes in Agile and ERP.Communicate with all stakeholders on issues and status as required.Provide weekly reports on completed activities and plans for the following week.Essential SkillsProficiency in document control and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Experience in accounting and finance.Engineering Change Order management.Expertise in Oracle ERP systems.Experience in manufacturing engineering within semiconductor capital equipment, medical equipment, or similar industries.Strong troubleshooting skills in document control.Proficient use of computers, Windows operating systems, and lab electronic measurement equipment.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Agile PLM software.Additional Skills & Qualifications5 years of experience in Document Control and/or Manufacturing Engineering.Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, medical equipment, or similar industries is required.Working knowledge of Agile software is a plus.Work Environment
The work environment offers one day of remote work per week, with flexible start hours ranging from 6:30 am to 9:00 am. The team is part of a competitive yet familial Materials Metrology Division, emphasizing collaboration and individual success to drive business growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
