As the administrator, you will also be creating new part numbers and releasing the different document types into our ERP systems for production. What will you do? + Create, control, and maintain new or revised production documents, test documents, trial documents, deviations, reworks, and product labeling in various systems. Ensuring the accuracy of each document type. + Coordinate, attend, and / or lead meetings as assigned. + Provide assistance in evaluating, reviewing, writing, tracking, and routing of change notifications. + Participate in element teams for new product introductions / transfers when required. + Help maintain the Documentation QA-Middletown and Change Notification Mailboxes (i.e. answer inquiries and checkout requested documents). + Conduct and / or participate in process improvement activities, working closely with cross-functional, department leads or PPI team. + Assigning and setting up new part numbers in Master Control and SAP System. + Work closely with external OEM customers to obtain their approvals. + Provide training for the change order process, management of change module and / or change notifications. + Update / release / publish inserts or other materials on the website. + Send documents out for translations. + Assist, review, track and route documents through Adobe Sign / Electronic Software. + Maintain and update spreadsheets and Smartsheet related to change control, management of change and change notifications. + Create reports / charts as assigned. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Education** + High school diploma or equivalent is required. **Experience** + A minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation skills. + Experience Microsoft Office required. + Experience with Smartsheet preferred + Proficiency in typing, proofreading and editing required.
