Dock Team Lead

Pay: $27 / hour Location: Portland, OR AM & PM Shifts available Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked **If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.** Responsibilities + Manage the dock planning & utilization including planning & coordinating line loading activity + Handle pick tickets, BOL’s and receive returns + Control gate entry / exit while maintaining yard security, and interfacing with drivers + Interface with Planning and Customer Support + Active participant in TPM activities including active participating in the dock SHO + Assign trailer loading to material handlers, follow up to ensure timely departure to meet customer delivery appointments + Communicate issues to the Manager and Customer Support as they occur. Seek resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction + Prepare and distribute shipment documentation + Actively Load and unload trucks using forklift + Maintain and reconcile inventory + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + A minimum of 1 years of warehouse and/or manufacturing experience. + Strong forklift experience a must + Demonstrated communication skills that show ability to gain co-operation and understanding from warehousing personnel as well as internal and external customers to the shipping department + Demonstrated ability to support the above verbal communications requirements with effective written communications + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (can create, retrieve, and input into systems). Proficiency in data entry + Working knowledge of SAP desired + Demonstrated multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work overtime hours and weekends + Excellent time management skills and attention to detail + Knowledge of team KPI’s Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
