Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our hotel finance team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with Jonas Software. Responsibilities: + Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities. + Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. + Maintain accurate accounting records using Jonas Software and Microsoft Excel. + Support internal and external audits by providing organized documentation. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Experience with Jonas Software preferred. + Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. + Hospitality or hotel accounting experience is a plus.
