Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct the given tasks efficiently. Customer engagement. Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop

Skills and Competencies:

Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non-technical) Excellent command over English (comprehension and written). Good academic record (50% or above). Basic knowledge in insurance or finance Should have 0 -1 yrs of experience in Insurance domain Open to rotational shifts. Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration. Should be able to adapt to organizational changes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word). The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
