Attend and contribute to scrum and agile ceremonies. Coordinate cross-functional work with technical teammates. Help offload the growing operational demands currently placed on the current PM. Manage project timelines and deliverables for the real estate data integration. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure execution aligns with agile plans. Integration-specific PM work vs. Aarons more strategic DMO-level oversight. Skills and Requirements Strong project management capabilities, especially in agile environments. Familiarity with lease data or real estate portfolios is a plus. Open to related industries: facilities or manufacturing (for exposure to large, complex datasets). Most important skill: ability to manage large data integrations the how (technical execution) matters more than the what (industry). Should understand agile cadence (scrum, stand-ups) and be able to contribute in those forums.
