Job Title: DMC Specialist – Personal Care

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for planning and implementation of Digital Marketing, Media & Digital Commerce for their Business Unit.

Digital Marketing, Media & Digital Commerce

Flawless design and execution of full funnel media campaigns from awareness to conversion including traditional to specific digital plans, data driven campaigns in the market, delivering maximum sales, return on investments, breakthrough innovation and functional excellence.  Develop and launch performance marketing campaigns that reflect the consumer journey and drive conversion to purchase. Create best-in-class briefs and drive overall quality of communication strategy and performance. Being agile in experimenting media innovations and solutions to maximize impact and reach in digital. Execute regular digital media operation (brief sharing, monitoring and result sharing).  Design and lead the social-first approach in Personal Care with focus on influencer marketing

Data Analytics & Measurement

Ensure month-on-month planning and execution of communication plans on TV, Print, Digital in alignment with set objective (Reach, GRP, Frequency etc.) and budget. Set data strategy to ensure always-on high-quality data driven marketing for brands. Ensuring it complements digital priorities and drives clear value and usage. Ensured all reporting, campaign measurement and ROI is delivered  Gather, analyse and evaluate multiple data sets to generate meaningful insights and regularly review category media performances with BU, share learnings and take corrective actions.

Activation

Concept development and testing of activation modalities. OTIF landing of the activity and achieve planned objective. Drive efficiency, effectiveness and innovation to derive maximum output from the initiatives. Result analysis and sharing with relevant stakeholders.

Others

Work with agencies to build mutually beneficial partnerships, holding both parties to account. Collaborate across commercial teams to develop agency partnerships that deliver on quality, innovation and cost. Work with broader Marketing & CD to define the right model for social, Be an excellent communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports. Ensure OTIF deliveries from the media buying agency & activation agencies. Applying governance through internal data policies that cover how data is gathered, stored, processed, and disposed of (including Unilever's five data privacy fundamentals).

2+ years of experience in content/social media/digital marketing

Experience in brand activation / event management
