Position Objective 职位目标 负责公司生产产品的装配测试包装 Duties and responsibility 工作职责 1 生产操作执行 - 严格遵守生产工艺流程和操作规程，正确使用生产设备，工具和仪器，完成当班生产任务。 - 按照生产计划和工单 的要求，准确无误的执行用料，组装，测试包装等生产环节，确保生产进度进度。 - 严格遵守安全生产规章制度，正确佩戴PPE，如有异常及时上报。 2 产品质量 - 严格执行质量检验标准，对自己生产的产品进行自检，确保产品符合质量要求。 - 发现产品质量异常和产品质量问题时，及时向组长和相关负责人汇报，并协助处理。 3 设备使用 - 负责所操作设备的日常检查，清洁和简单的维护，发现设备异常及时上报。 - 保持生产区域的5S 和遵循现场管理要求。 4 持续改进建议 - 提出岗位相关的流程优化建议。 5 领导安排的其它任务。 Knowledge and skills 知识及技能 1 协调并沟通能力强，责任心强，注重细节。 2 能适应加班、体力劳动及仓库作业环境。 3 有机械电子装配经验优先。 Experience 工作经验 优先考虑有1-2年经验；也考虑有过相关实习经验的应届毕业生。 Licenses and Qualifications 证书与资格 高中/中专以上 Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
