Your Purpose
We’re seeking a Risk and Insurance Manager to join our team across EMEA APAC.
You’ll predominantly focus on insurance, working with stakeholders from across our 12 breweries and 8 countries to provide the information needed by underwriters in setting up insurance policies and responding to questions from stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance (and understands insurance language), who thrives in a stakeholder-facing environment and communicate brilliantly people across the business. As our Risk and Insurance Manager, you’ll gain exposure to all types of insurance including complex global policies and develop your commercial skills in a multi-geographic role.
This role could be based in Romania (Bucharest), Czech Republic (Prague), Bulgaria (Haskovo) or UK (remote). You may need to travel within Europe bi-yearly.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assisting with insurance management in EMEA APAC, directly managing insurance in CEE. Work with the Global Insurance Team to establish fit for purpose insurance coverages that control/reduce company's total cost of risk and obtain the broadest coverage at the most reasonable cost. Work in close cooperation with the Finance, Legal, Global Insurance and other involved teams on a country / regional level, and insurance brokers, to maintain effective insurance management across the BU. Manage insurance claims on Divisional level. Assists with the management of the ERM process within EMEA & APAC Division in co-operation with the Global Risk Management team. Ensure proper understanding of the Risk Management process in the Region by providing training and guidance to the relevant stakeholders. Assists with the Business Continuity Planning, Support the coordination between the Business Continuity Planning process and the Insurance placement process in a way to either prevent or effectively mitigate the consequences of materialized risks. Support the proper understanding of the Business Continuity Planning process in the Division by providing trainings and guidance to the relevant stakeholders in coordination with the Senior Risk Manager. Assists in rolling out the Crisis Management process High level of cooperation within the EC&G team and support to the other team members in their work on business continuity planning, insurance management and E&C. High level of cooperation with stakeholders from the different EMEA APAC regions and countries with focus on providing adequate support and guidance in relation to Insurance, Risk Management and Crisis Management
About You
You’ll be able to show the following skills and experience through the assessment process:
Experience in Insurance, ideally within an Insurance broker business. Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders (HR, Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Finance, Sales, etc.). Ability to talk with and relate to all employees (e.g. machine operator, plant leadership, corporate leaders). Strong interviewing and writing skills – business level English is a requirement. Ability to protect highly confidential information. Brilliant time management skills - managing own agenda and following up on the progress of all involved stakeholders in the process. Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks and deliver results when working in short deadlines. Prioritizations skills.
