There are your tasks Responsible for the business unit Maritime Cranes and Construction Machinery within the mixed sales company for the territory of Morocco Control of Division to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and cash flow, business goals and objectives within sales and service Contact for sales and customer service both internally and externally, as well as responsible for the necessary further development of the business fields Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with existing MCC customers in Morocco, while actively driving the acquisition of new customers Evaluate divisional performance and recommend strategies for improvement, including planning and process optimization in close collaboration with the managing directors Leadership and team development within the MCC Division Administrative and organizational duties for the assigned observation of economic and political situations in the relevant country What you bring with you Successfully completed degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Extensive working experience in sales and customer service within a relevant industrial environment, including the development and implementation of sales or service programs, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role High proficiency in English, French and Arabic; German is considered an asset Willingness to travel worldwide Energetic, flexible and highly organized High level of customer orientation, consulting expertise and negotiating skills Proven experience in personnel management Proficiency in MS Office Driver´s license
