Your responsibilities Responsible for the business unit Maritime Cranes and Construction Machinery within the mixed sales company for the territory of XXX Contact for sales and customer service both internally and externally, as well as responsible for the necessary further development of the business fields Planning and optimization of processes in consultation with the managing directors Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements Plan and manage yearly and forecasted budget Administrative and organizational duties for the assigned observation of economic and political situations in the relevant country Your qualifications Successfully completed degree, or commercial/technical training with appropriate further qualifications Extensive working experience in sales and customer service in a sector-relevant industrial organization High proficiency in Polish and English Willingness to travel Independent and systematic approach Flexibility, communication skills and a cooperative work style High level of customer orientation, consulting expertise and negotiating skills Good working knowledge of MS Office Out offer Stable form of employment  Subsidized language courses Private medical care (after two years of work) Sports card after working for 12 months International working environment
