Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Divisional Director to join our Retail Services team in Dublin in a senior capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of retail leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and advisory services.

Manage key client relationships, including institutional landlords, developers, and occupiers.

Drive new business initiatives and support strategic growth of the Retail service line.

Lead, mentor and develop a team of surveyors and advisors.

Collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets, Valuation, and Advisory.

Represent Cushman & Wakefield at industry events and contribute to business development.

About You:

Minimum 8 years' experience in retail property, with a strong track record in leasing and client delivery.

Proven team leadership and business development skills.

Strong market knowledge of the Irish retail sector.

MRICS/SCSI or equivalent qualification preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
