MFA Clinical Consulting is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Divisional Clinical Educator to lead and support clinical training and education efforts across our network of skilled nursing facilities. This role is essential to ensuring our teams remain compliant, competent, and confident in delivering the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and conduct training programs, including New Hire Orientation, Director of Nursing (DON) training, Relias education, and other learning modules.
Schedule and deliver in-service training sessions based on identified needs and facility requests.
Maintain and update educational content, resources, and training materials across platforms.
Coordinate telephone and on-site visits to support clinical education at the facility level.
Partner with the Clinical Services team to ensure educational needs are assessed and addressed across all centers.
Stay informed on current state and federal regulatory guidelines related to long-term care training.
Develop and maintain accurate training records and supporting documentation.
Conduct research and assist in the development of clinical education materials and policy updates.
Collaborate with Corporate QA&A personnel to align infection control practices and consultation efforts.
Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in clinical education, training, or nursing leadership.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to facilities as needed.
