Perform routine administrative and data entry tasks to support the Division Order group.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide routine administrative and clerical support to Division Order group
Maintain a well-organized filing system of electronic and physical files
Scan and index Division Order department related documents
Create new files. Update records with new files and information
Perform data integrity and quality control of file setup and maintenance to ensure records are maintained accurately
Follow policies to safeguard data and information
Assist with data management during acquisition and divestiture transactions
Assist with special projects as directed by management
Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Minimum six (6) months of administrative experience
At least one (1) year of experience in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Division Order practices and policies and can apply that knowledge to the work
Experience working within Land systems and applications such as: SAP, Quorum, Drilling Info, DocVue and Service Now
Demonstrated integrity in work product and in dealing with coworkers
Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities
Proven research skills with regard to reviewing multiple data sources to find specific information
