Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries to the Division of Banking. Act as official secretary to the State Banking Board. Human Resource Contact: Candice Dillmon 307-777-5312candice.dillmon@wyo.gov ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function which may be performed at the job level. + Point of contact for phone calls and emails to the Division of Banking. + Process all incoming and outgoing mail. + Process and make travel arrangements and process travel expense vouchers for all Division employees. + Record and process all fees paid to the Division using internal coding. + Act as Executive Secretary for the State Banking board which includes scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes when necessary, and providing information to Board members. + Assist licensing staff in preparing new license documents. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE: + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Must have excellent customer service skills. + Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently. + Knowledge of State travel and expense voucher forms and processes. + Must have a technological knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Google Suite products, and the ability to learn internal technology systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's Degree (typically in Business) Experience: 0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Office Support Specialist I OR Education & Experience Substitution: 2-4 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Office Support Specialist I Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Necessary Special Requirements PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: + Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, driving an automobile, etc. + May travel occasionally to attend training and conferences. + This position requires the completion of a criminal background check.
